1. Agreement

By using UNO services (website, API, Telegram bot), you agree to these terms. If you disagree — don't use the service.

2. Services

UNO provides:

SMS verification numbers (rental)
Residential and static proxy access
Related digital services

All services are provided "as-is" without warranties.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments

All payments are in cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC)
Prices are in USD
Balance top-ups are final

Refund Policy

                ✔ Unused balance — refundable upon request (minus processing fees)
✘ SMS received — NO refund (service delivered)
✘ Proxy traffic used — NO refund (service delivered)
✘ Rented number that received SMS — NO refund
✘ Used gigabytes — NO refund

            

Once a service is consumed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

If a number fails to receive SMS within the rental period, you may cancel and receive credit back to your balance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use UNO for:

Fraud, scams, or illegal activities
Harassment, spam, or abuse
Violating third-party terms of service
Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to:

Terminate accounts without notice for abuse
Report illegal activity to authorities
Block access from any country or IP

5. No Guarantees

SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers — we don't guarantee 100% success
Proxy availability varies by location and demand
Service may have downtime for maintenance

6. Limitation of Liability

UNO is not liable for:

Failed verifications on third-party services
Account bans on other platforms
Any indirect or consequential damages
Losses exceeding the amount you paid

7. Privacy Policy

What we collect

Telegram user ID and username
Transaction history
API usage logs

What we DON'T collect

Real name, address, phone number
Payment card details (crypto only)
SMS content (only codes for delivery)

How we use data

Provide the service
Prevent fraud and abuse
Improve the service

Data sharing

We don't sell your data
We may share with law enforcement if legally required

GDPR (EU users)

Data is stored on Cloudflare (US/EU servers)
